Over 800 attend Council’s largest fundraising event
NASHVILLE, Tenn. — The Middle Tennessee Council, Boy Scouts of America, will hold its 31st Annual Nashville Patron Luncheon on Tuesday, March 7, 2023, at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. More than 800 community leaders and supporters will be in attendance to honor the Council’s five Scouts of the Year, learn about the success of Scouting programs, and hear from Retired United States Army General David H. Petraeus. During the luncheon, former Governor of Tennessee Bill Haslam, will host a one-on-one conversation with General Petraeus. The luncheon is the Council’s largest fundraising event, and this successful luncheon will generate more than $1,300,000 in contributions. Winston Justice, a vice president with Alliance Bernstein and the Council’s Friends of Scouting Chair, will announce the giving total at the end of the luncheon. Clay Bright, with the Megasite Authority of West Tennessee, will serve as the Nashville Patron Luncheon Chair.
