The Mockingbird Theater at The Factory at Franklin

The Mockingbird Theater is located in the heart of downtown Franklin, Tennessee, at The Factory at Franklin.

Once known as The Boiler Room Theater, The Little Brick Theater and more, Building 6 at the Factory in Franklin is now home to The Mockingbird Theater! Owner of The Legendary Kimbro’s, a local pickin parlor opened in 2005 by renowned songwriter Ron Kimbro, Will Jordan now manages this state-of-the-art music venue.

At The Mockingbird Theater, you can enjoy beer, wine, spirits, and food, as well as special events and concerts featuring live music. The Factory’s Mockingbird Theater is a 170 capacity theater with full production. Hosting bands of all genres on a regular basis, this local venue is the perfect opportunity to catch some tunes.
