Releve One Fitness Studio

{r}elevé one is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to helping ensure every woman has a safe place to get healthy and renew her mind, body & spirit through movement, encouragement and prayer. Our in-studio programs include fitness classes in barre, cardio, & strength. Sliding scale memberships & scholarships are available.

Our outreach programs have partnered with other nonprofits including Hope Clinic for Women, End Slavery, Blue Monarch (and many others) that treat women who have faced: addiction, sexual assault, prison, physical and mental abuse, sex trafficking, homelessness, and more.
